Volunteer Opportunities
Bell House is thankful for the generosity of volunteers, without
whom we could not possibly accomplish our mission. If you are

| Ongoing volunteer needs include: |
- Swimming buddies to assist residents
with swimming at the YMCA
- Readers to assist with resident book
club
- Gardeners to help with lawn care (raking,
weeding, spreading mulch, etc.)
- Cooks for fill-in (holidays and when
cook staff are unavailable)
- Activity assistants to help with various
activities
- People to lead arts and crafts activities
- Hosts for bingo and movie parties (bring
prizes, popcorn, etc.)
- Partners for wheelchair square dancing
- Entertainers · singers, dancers,
piano players, etc.
- Exercise leaders for wheelchair exercises
- Companions for outings · shopping,
movies, museums, ball games, concerts, etc.
- Instructors for computer skills
- Someone to paint ladies fingernails
